cash explosion

With this campaign, we were challenged with breathing new life into an old ticket. The Lottery asked for us to create something that would raise awareness for fringe players, and excite current players. I think we delivered. Check it out!

Also, fun fact, I won a Rocky Mountain Emmy Award for this campaign. Pretty cool!

Extended tv

I put this one at the top because you should get the whole picture right from the beginning. The idea of this campaign was to illustrate that a simple, $20 ticket could make you a sh*t ton of money in just a scratch. I have to give credit to my AD partner, Adam Garcia, who came up with the idea. I think he said something like, “what if we just saw Willie walking down the street with a shit ton of explosions happening and used ‘Hall of the Mountain King’ throughout?” I was immediately sold, but wanted to push the idea to include players in a variety of scenarios. Talk about a money shot! LOL

Here, we have less money shots but the same amount of fun.

:30 Radio

As you know (or not), I love doing radio. I always try to find unique ways of pushing the platform. Or at least ways to keep the attention of the audience. For this spot, I thought it would be cool to get opera singers to perform a lyrical version of the “Hall of the Mountain King,” which is the same song we used on the TV and Web spots. It was a fun challenge and I love how the final product turned out!
